2007 Monthly Aggregate Shoot

 

Aggregate Shoot has ended. Results are:

Those who have not picked up their items may claim them at any shoot or meeting. If you are unable to attend a shoot or meeting, please contact the club to make arrangements to get your prize to you.

Aggregate Rules:

1.          The monthly aggregate competition will be held during each regularly scheduled shoot.

2.          Participants must shoot the aggregate competition at each monthly shoot if they are present.  They cannot choose to make up the competition shoot at another time.

3.          Participants will be allowed to make up up to two (2) aggregate competitions at one time if they are unable to attend the monthly shoot. The most shoots per month (makeup and regular) is 3. The month of July being an exception for Donnie's Day to involve more shooters.

4.          Participants will not be allowed to re-shoot any aggregate competition shoots.

5.          The September aggregate shoot will be held on Sunday morning at Sweetwater Rendezvous.

6.          Mike Thelen will score all aggregate shoot targets.

7.          In the event that Mike Thelen is not present at the monthly shoot, the competition will proceed, with the acting Range Officer or ranking Club Officer delivering the unscored targets to Mike Thelen at the earliest convenience.

8.          Prizes will be awarded at the Cabin Fever party in 2008.  In the event that a winner is not present at the Cabin Fever party, the prize will be delivered at the earliest convenience.

9.          In the event that a monthly shoot is canceled (weather, etc), the aggregate will be made up at the following monthly shoot.  If a participant misses the following monthly shoot, it will count only as one (1) make-up competition.

10.     Participants have through the February 2008 monthly shoot to make up missed aggregate competitions.

 

Shoot Rules:

1.          The aggregate shoot will use the same, predetermined target for all monthly competitions, which is available at the club range.

2.          Each competition will consist of one (1) shot at the target.  In the event that the shooter's ball does not hit the target, it must be noted on the target.

3.          Each monthly competition may vary by distance.

4.          Each monthly competition will cost $1.00 (all moneys to the Club treasury).

5.          All aggregate competitions must be shot standing, off-hand, with a traditional, open-sights, patched round ball (prb) muzzleloader.
